International Children’s Rights
Benyusz, Márta – Raisz, Anikó (eds.) International Children’s Rights. Miskolc-Budapest: Central European Academic Publishing, 2024.
This book is primarily addressed to students of the ICCR LL.M. The book in itself provides a picture of children’s rights at the universal human rights level. The book is the first volume in the recently constituted ‘Human Rights – Children’s Rights’ book series, which is inspired by the idea the universality and indivisibility of human rights.
Children’s Rights in Regional Human Rights Systems
Raisz, Anikó (ed.) Children’s Rights in Regional Human Rights Systems. Miskolc-Budapest: Central European Academic Publishing, 2024.
The book analyses the most important aspects of the regional protection of children’s rights, focusing on specific issues and instruments in this regard. Two key forms of international cooperation in Europe, the Council of Europe and the European Union, are discussed, with additional chapters on children’s rights in the Americas and Africa.

Call for Papers: Eastern Journal of European Studies
The Eastern Journal of European Studies, edited in Romania by the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University is calling for papers for its special issue titled Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP): issues and challenges of regional cooperation for emerging countries. The deadline for submission is January 30th, 2025. A call for papers is also in place for regular issues with deadlines of December 30th, 2024 for the June 2025 issue, and June 1st, 2025 for the December 2025 issue.

In their presentations, the scientists discussed various legal aspects of the use of human reproductive technologies.
European Dialogue on Civil Procedural Law
The European Dialogue on Civil Procedural Law conference took place on December 5-6, 2024 in Károli Gáspár University of Reformed Church, Károlyi Csekonics Palace. The conference focused on the Brussels Ibis Regulation, which plays a central role in European civil procedural law. The aim of the event was to promote dialogue between the legal systems of Member States and Third States, while enhancing the efficiency and integration of European legal instruments.
Children’s Rights Days III
Children's Rights Days III (hereafter CRD III), the third annual international conference on children's rights, takin place on 5-6 December, in Budapest.
